Well, it's known as 'climate cycles', a naturally-occurring phenomenon. This is all nothing more than a way to squeeze money out of the Gullible Gore Gang, also known as Fatuous Flab Fans of Algore. In case people have forgotten, Algore owns the rights to Carbon Credits, which he created to line his flab-filled pockets.
