This is a post from the website named above. It's typical of the slant put on immigration by the Catholic Church. What they're talking about is legalizing illegal immigration:

Lastly, let's not forget that stimulus money sitting out there building bridges that won't be crossed, handicap ramps that don't connect to sidewalks, road crews resurfacing highways that had nothing wrong with them, bicycle parking stations, $88M for the Coast Guard to design a new polar ice breaker (I think global warming should take care of the polar ice caps), $10M to inspect canals in urban areas, and on and on...

Do some math:

Added health care costs + stimulus waste + increased energy costs = your dependency on the government. That's exactly what the liberals want!

There should be, and WILL BE, a revolt by the apparently unrepresented American voters. It may occur just in the voting booth or it might spill out onto the streets in a violent way. Do whatever it takes...we just need to let the people we put in office, whether they are socialist liberals or spineless butt-kissing Republicans and Independents, know that we are fed up with what's happening to our country.

It's getting deep. Now Congress is going after individuals for expressing their right to freedom of speech. Congressman Grayson of Florida says he wants the author of the website MyConressmanIsNuts.Com investigated for making derogatory comments on her website. He's masking it by saying the person is outside his district. Doesn't make any difference, pal! As long as she's not making any terroristic or personal threats against you, she can say whatever she wants...YOU ARE NUTS! You and all your liberal/socialist pals like Obama need to have psychiatric examinations because it's obvious you're not in the right state of mind.

Dogs Rule

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced people should take lessons in patience and suffering from dogs.

Dogs don't complain

They're happy with the little attention they get from us

They don't demand gifts, but are happy with getting a chew toy or biscuit

They're eager to please and forgiving when they've been yelled at

They welcome us after a long day of work as though we've been gone for a month

Our little guy just got what no human male would either be thankful for or be back on his feet from in less than a day. Can you guess what it was? It's as though it never happened...not a whimper. How many of us have had an operation or injury and sat back waiting for the sympathy to flow?

As so often has been asked, "Spell DOG backwards and what do you get? GOD." Dogs are not God, but they act more like Him than the humans created in His image.
